The spirit of people that built this country from the ashes of exile and Europe.  This Kibutz, Gadot, was founded in 1949 and right through to 1967, was under snipers and canon shells from the Syrian Golan Heights.  Countless nights, children and parents, would sleep  in the underground bunkers for shelter. On morning April 7 1967, after a particularly heavy shelling, the children of Gadot, when exiting the bunkers, where stopped dead in there tracks. All homes of the Kibitz where shell-demolished....
Today, most of the Kibutz is vegetation, lawns and pates wilst among them, are small humble homes of the Kibutz members and there family.
