Entirely hidden from the flat plains above, is a phenomenal ongoing Israeli project.. A reconstruction of the most beautiful feature rich Mishna basalt synagogue. The synagogue was originaly built some 1500 years ago but turned to rebels in an earthquake. All carved stones, were 3d scanned by laser, numbered by electronic ID microchip, redrawn together by computer and are now rebuilt, slowly bringing the synagogue back to life !
