This track is part of a world heritage and world famous "site", stretching from Yemen through Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Israel to Gaza on the Mediterranean sea. We start our track at the southern edge on Makhtesh Ramon, the largest and most versatile erosion crater in the world. Crossing its full width to the north-east edge, is a geological marvel from its 240 million years old colorful land deposit sand rocks to its 80 million years old sea deposit dolomite rocks...The climb out through Ma'ale Noah, is a challenge of ever changing obstacles...Once up, we take "time out" for a  stunning "take in".
