A peculiar geological phenomenon and an engineering fault, enable virtually limitless underground water to the desert spring of Ein Prat. The running water in the desert, transform the surroundings into a beautiful desert oasis and a fantastic water walking track! (requires entrance fee).
Historically, we are right next door to Geva Binyamin where a spontaneous act of courage of two Hebrew soldiers, reversed the outcome of an otherwise horrific conflict against the Philistines.
Not twenty minutes away, in the Judea desert, at the site believed by the Muslims to be the prophet Moses tomb, the spark was ignited to the organized Palestinian-Israeli conflict... Now, we are into the desert and the Ogg wadi challenging 4x4 track giving us a sample of desert action. A short "desert marble gorge" walking track is available and recommended. This path was used 2000 years ago, by many on their way to John The Baptist's site on the Jordan river.

Now, we are ready for a spiritual experience... The same site used by John The Baptist, is where the Israelites crossed over the Jordan returning to the homeland after 400 years of slavery in Egypt and the same site where the great prophet Elijah departed of this world in a spectacular chariot of fire ascending to heaven and in evidence of Elisha, had confirmed special powers granted by the Creator..
Last but by far not the least, we will drive down to a natural beach stretch of the Dead Sea and fresh water spring or hot sulfur springs. The therapeutic and cosmetic impacts on our body, skin and state of relaxation, are phenomenal....
